Returns, Exchange & Cancellations Policy
At Kuppala Health Care Private Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you are not satisfied for any valid reason, we are here to help with a clear and fair process.

You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and components.
- Proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) is provided.
- The product is free from signs of wear, misuse, or modification.
- For bulk or customized orders, cancellation, replacement, or return requests require prior approval from our management team.
📌 Conditions for a valid return:
- Item must be in unused, original condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging intact.
- Original manufacturer’s packaging must be undamaged and securely repacked to avoid transit damage.
- Items that are used, altered, or missing parts cannot be returned.
- Any free gifts or promotional items must also be returned.
📌 Return Exceptions:
If the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee or refuse the return.
2. Damaged or Missing Items:
Any claims for damaged items or missing parts must be reported within 2 business days of receiving the order.
📌 If you notice visible transit damage, please do not accept the delivery and mention “Package in Damaged Condition” to the courier.
3. Shipping Charges for Returns:
Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or damaged during delivery.
📌If you are exchanging an item for another of the same value, no extra shipping charges will apply.
4. Refund & Processing Time:
Once we receive your return in acceptable condition, refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
For exchanges, please refer to our Shipping Policy for estimated delivery times.
5. Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible. You may return it once delivered as per our Return Policy.
In case of incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or system errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Any amount paid will be fully refunded to your original payment method.
